Waconia, Minn.-based Ridgeview named Matthew Herold, MD, chief clinical officer.
As chief clinical officer, Dr. Herold will oversee the system’s physician and provider practices as well as ambulatory operations, according to a July 10 system news release. He will also continue to serve as a liaison between system administration and all medical staff members and continue to advance clinical excellence across the system.
Dr. Herold had served as Ridgeview’s chief medical officer since 2023.
