Milwaukee Regional Medical hires finance chief

Rachel Stauffer has joined Milwaukee Regional Medical Center as its new head of finance following the retirement of Robert Mlynarek.

“As vice president of finance, Ms. Stauffer will be responsible for the planning, operation and control of all financial affairs of the MRMC Obligated Group,” according to the June 22 filing.

Ms. Stauffer joins the system from Milwaukee-based Medical College of Wisconsin, where she was responsible for all financial affairs.

Milwaukee Regional Medical Center is a consortium of private and public healthcare organizations that includes Children’s Wisconsin, the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital, also based in Milwaukee. It employs 21,000 people.
