2. Prior to that, she was COO of Merit Health River Oaks.
3. Ms. Sistrunk began her healthcare career as a coronary care nurse.
4. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and American Organization for Nursing Executives.
5. Mr. Cox previously served as interim CFO of Merit Health Rankin, before which he was CFO of Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Miss.
6. He holds a master’s degree of accountancy in taxation from the University of Mississippi and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
