Mercy Medical Center appoints Janice Kucewicz inpatient services director

Springfield, Mass.-based Mercy Medical Center selected Janice Kucewicz, RN, BSN, to serve as director of inpatient services.

Here are three things to know:

1. Most recently, Ms. Kucewicz served as CNO at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Ludlow, Mass.

2. Previously, she has served as vice president of quality, process improvement and behavioral health at Baystate Wing Hospital in Springfield.

3. In her new role, Ms. Kucewicz will oversee the orthopedic/neurology, urology, medical/surgical units as well as the intensive care unit and intermediate care unit.
