Here are three points:
1. Ms. Weaver most recently worked at Saint Francis Healthcare in Wilmington, Del., where she served as vice president for mission and human resources.
2. In her new role with Mercy, Ms. Weaver will support and integrate the mission, vision and values of Mercy throughout the whole system.
3. Ms. Weaver will also serve as a member of the senior administration team and facilitate mission education.
