Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center welcomes interim president: 5 notes

Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, named Ronda Lehman interim president, according to The Lima News.

1. Ms. Lehman was previously vice president and COO of Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center.

2. She has worked at Cincinnati-based Mercy Health since 1995, initially serving as a pharmacy intern.

3. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. Ms. Lehman holds an MBA from Tiffin (Ohio) University and completed the executive management program for pharmacy leaders at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

5. Ms. Lehman succeeds Dale Gisi, who left for an executive position at ‎Appleton‎, Wis.-based ThedaCare.
