Mercy Health names Chris Hilton inaugural SVP of operations finance

Cincinnati-based Mercy Health named Chris Hilton its first-ever senior vice president of operations finance, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Mr. Hilton most recently served as CFO of Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services, also known as Aviation West Charters, in Scottsdale, Ariz. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of operations for finance for Health Management Associates, a for-profit organization that was sold to Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems in 2014.

In his new role, Mr. Hilton will report to Mercy Health CFO Debbie Bloomfield. He will oversee financial operations for the Mercy Health home office, including accounts payable, reimbursement and capital planning, according to the report.
