2. His prior experience includes serving as vice president of operations at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif., and a chief administrative officer at UC Irvine Health in Orange, Calif.
3. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
4. Mr. Olsen succeeds Cheryl Jacob, who retired in January.
