Mr. McCullough most recently served as COO of Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. Equipped with 20-plus years of healthcare experience, he holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Mr. McCullough takes over from Patrick Sloan, who in addition to serving as CFO has also been performing duties as interim CEO. Mr. Sloan most recently worked at Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital.
Mark Roberts comes to Memorial Satilla Health Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital in San Antonio, where he was associate vice president of ancillary services. He previously worked at UC Davis Medical Center, and holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Webster University in Webster Groves, Mo.
