Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, N.M., hired Caryn Iverson, MSN, DHA, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer, according to a Las Cruces Sun News report.
Here are three things to know:
1. Dr. Iverson comes to Memorial Medical Center from Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, where she served as CNO.
2. She takes over from John Sundheimer, the hospital's assistant CNO, who served as interim chief nurse.
3. She completed her RN from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.
