Mr. Darling most recently served as COO of TriStar Hendersonville (Tenn.) Medical Center. Previously, he served in leadership roles at West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho; Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky.
Mr. Darling holds an MBA from Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University.
