In the newly created role, Mr. Greengold will lead strategies to improve patient, family and caregiver experience.
Most recently, Mr. Greengold was vice president of customer experience, support and strategy for the Dish Network Corp., a U.S.-based TV service provider. He has worked at online service provider AOL and Inverness Medical Innovations, a healthcare management company.
He holds an MBA from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
