Meg McGoldrick tapped to lead Abington–Jefferson Health: 3 things to know

Margaret “Meg” McGoldrick has been appointed president of Abington–Jefferson Health, where she has served as COO since 1999.

Here are three things to know about Ms. McGoldrick.

1. As president, Ms. McGoldrick has responsibility for Abington Hospital–Jefferson Health in Abington, Pa., and Abington–Lansdale Hospital in Lansdale, Pa., as well as five outpatient centers and two urgent care centers.

2. Prior to joining Abington, Ms. McGoldrick held executive leadership roles with Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia and the now-defunct Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

3. Ms. McGoldrick is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Baldrige Executive Fellow with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
