Ms. Childers joined the hospital in 2009 as CFO and became CEO in 2015. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.
“Mee Memorial is a very special place, and it is with great emotion that I think about retiring,” said Ms. Childers, according to King City Rustler. “I have learned in my time here that this organization serves a very important mission in the lives of many people in the Salinas Valley. And I have learned how seriously the staff here take that responsibility with a deep level of caring and commitment.”
