Mr. Widawsky most recently served as director of EFO Management, an investment and management firm. Previously, he was the comptroller for the city of Chicago. He also has experience as managing director and partner at Citadel, an alternative investment management firm and market maker. He holds a juris doctorate from Yale Law School in New Haven, Conn.
Dr. Cerfolio is NYU Langone Health’s chief of clinical thoracic surgery. He previously served as chair of thoracic surgery at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham. He also chaired the business intelligence committee at UAB. He developed a robotic technique for lung cancer surgery that is now practiced globally.
