Medical City Denton (Texas) appointed Adam Proctor CFO.

1. Mr. Proctor most recently worked with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare as division controller in Kansas City, Mo.

2. He was previously controller at Medical City Fort Worth (Texas).

3. He succeeds Miah Stutts, who left to serve as Richmond-based HCA Virginia Health System’s Northern Virginia market CFO.
