1. Mr. Buxton’s new role includes oversight of McLaren Oakland as well as administrative responsibilities for McLaren Clarkston (Mich.).
2. Currently, Mr. Buxton serves as president and CEO of McLaren Lapeer (Mich.) Region, roles he has held since December 2003.
3. He previously served as COO of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center in Rochester, Mich.
4. He holds a doctor of education degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
5. He replaces Chad M. Grant, who left to serve as president and CEO of McLaren Flint (Mich.).
