Ukiah, Calif.-based MCHC Health Centers tapped Jerry Douglas, MD, to serve as CMO, according to a Record-Bee report.

1. Dr. Douglas has previously provided care at the St. Helena/Clearlake (Calif.) Family Health Center.
2. He completed his family medicine internship and residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
3. MCHC Health Centers is a federally qualified health center providing comprehensive health services.
