Mark Twain Medical Center CEO to resign: 3 things to know

San Andreas, Calif.-based Mark Twain Medical Center President and CEO Robert Diehl is resigning July 31, according to a Calaveras Enterprise report.

1. Mr. Diehl became president and CEO of the hospital in 2016.

2. The reason for his departure is unclear.

3. San Francisco-based Dignity Health recently entered into a management agreement with the Mark Twain Health Care District to oversee the hospital under a 30-year lease.
