Mark Boucot. President and CEO of Garrett Regional Medical Center (Oakland, Md.). Mr. Boucot, who has more than 26 years of healthcare experience, joined Garrett Regional Medical Center as president and CEO in 2013. Previously, he served as vice president and COO of MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown, Md. Mr. Boucot is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Juran Institute and holds several National Emergency Management Incident Command certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
