He succeeds Andrea Patstone, who was promoted to president of MaineHealth’s coastal region. Western Maine Health is a member of MaineHealth, the integrated health system based in Portland.
Mr. Noblin brings more than 20 years of healthcare administrative experience to the role, according to an April 12 news release from MaineHealth. He most recently served as CEO of Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va.
