Mr. McCormack will replace Douglas Jones, who retired from Maine Coast Memorial in last week and was later named as interim CEO of Down East Community Hospital in Machias, Maine, after its CEO was placed on administrative leave.
Mr. McCormack previously served as CEO of Carey Medical Center in Caribou, Maine.
