Lutheran Health Network names market CEO, CNO: 6 things to know

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network selected Mark Medley to serve as market CEO and Natalie Seaber, RN, as market chief nursing officer.

Six things to know:

1. Mr. Medley most recently served as president and CEO for Alee Healthcare Advisory Services.

2. He has worked as executive vice president and group president for Brentwood, Tenn.-based RCCH Healthcare Partners and executive vice president and COO for Capella Healthcare, also in Brentwood.

3. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds an MBA from Western Governors University in Indianapolis.

4. Ms. Seaber was previously senior director of performance excellence at Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.

5. She holds a certified nurse leader and manager credential from the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

6. In addition to her nursing degree, Ms. Seaber holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pa.
