Lutheran Health Network Announces 4 New COOs

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network has named four new COOs throughout its network, according to an Inside Indiana Business report.

Jeff Vice has been named COO for St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne. He previously served as assistant CEO at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Ind., a Lutheran Health Network member hospital.

Andy Guz has been appointed regional CEO of Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Ind. Mr. Guz was previously COO of Bluffton (Ind.) Regional Medical Center and assistant CEO of Porter Health Care System in Valparaiso, Ind.

Matt Lehn has been named COO of Bluffton Regional Medical Center.  He previously was vice president of physician services at DeKalb Health in Auburn, Ind.

Vikash Neghandi, MD, has been selected as COO for RediMed, a collection of urgent care clinics, physical therapy locations and occupational therapy services. Dr. Neghandi most recently worked with implementing new software systems and system training for physicians and clinical staff members at Brown and Toland in San Francisco and HealthCare Partners in Los Angeles.
