1. Mr. Massi has experience working in revenue cycle operations covering technology-enablement, process reengineering, outsourcing and managed services, according to a news release.
2. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of business development at Trexin, a consultant based in Minnetonka, Minn.
3. In his new role, he will “work closely with Loyale clients and healthcare industry executives to identify opportunities to improve patient collections, drive operating efficiencies and build more durable patient relationships.” Mr. Massi will also manage a team of patient financial engagement consultants serving various healthcare providers, the release states.
