Lourdes Health in Pasco, Wash., has selected Robert Monical to serve as CEO, effective April 29.

Three things to know:

1. Mr. Monical most recently served as COO of Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Wash.

2. He is the former CEO of McPherson Hospital in Kansas and Culberson County Hospital in Van Horn, Texas.

3. He holds a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
