Mr. Martin has served for 23 years as a Medical Service Corps Officer and will retire as a Lieutenant Colonel. Since July 2012, he has served as COO of General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Before that, he served as CFO at several hospitals and regional health systems and commander of a health clinic in Alaska, among other leadership roles.
