Mr. Brash has served as interim CEO of the hospital since May. He previously served as vice president and CEO of physician services for Johnson City, Tenn.-based Ballad Health and, prior to that, as president and CEO of Wellmont Medical Associates in Kingsport, Tenn.
He also has served as CEO of Harlan (Ky.) Appalachian Regional Hospital and CEO of Russell County Medical Center in Lebanon, Va.
He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
