Lehigh Valley Health Network hires first chief business development officer

Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network has named Edward Dougherty chief business development officer, a newly created role, according to LVB.com.

As chief business development officer, Mr. Dougherty will oversee both business and network development, as well as marketing and public affairs.

Mr. Dougherty has served in various roles at LVHN for 14 years. Most recently, he served as acting chief marketing officer.
