Lakeland Regional Health names Danielle Drummond COO: 4 things to know

Lakeland (Fla.) Regional Health promoted Danielle Drummond to executive vice president and COO, according to a report by The Ledger.

Here are four things to know:

1. Most recently, Ms. Drummond served as chief strategy and growth officer as well as senior vice president at the hospital.

2. Before coming to Lakeland Regional Health, Ms. Drummond worked at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pa., a part of Bryn Mawr, Pa.-based Main Line Health System.

3. In her new role, she will oversee the LRH Medical Center and Hollis Cancer Center, both located in Lakeland, as well as LRH’s physician group, clinical joint ventures and affiliations.

4. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare technology management from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
