L.A. Care Health Plan CEO Howard Kahn to Resign

Howard Kahn, CEO of L.A. Care Health Plan, announced plans to step down from his position in Jan. 2015.

Mr. Kahn has served as CEO for the past 13 years. According to the news release, “he told the Board [of Governors] that it was time to do something different.”
