Mr. McCarty was the medical center’s COO.
He is credited with many accomplishments at Sky Ridge, including developing a comprehensive Neuro Interventional Radiology program and leading the American College of Surgeons level 2 trauma survey in 2018 and 2020 with a perfect score.
Before joining Sky Ridge in December 2014, Mr. McCarty was vice president of operations at HCA Healthcare’s Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo.
His recent promotion follows the retirement announcement of Susan Hicks, RN.
