Kevin Shimamoto Named Interim CEO of Tulare Regional Medical Center

The Tulare (Calif.) Local Healthcare District board of directors has named Kevin Shimamoto as interim CEO of Tulare Regional Medical Center, according to a Visalia Times-Delta report.

Mr. Shimamoto has more than 25 years of experience as a senior healthcare and information technology professional. Most recently, he served as CIO of Sierra View District Hospital in Porterville, Calif. Mr. Shimamoto replaces Shawn Bolouki, who left the hospital at the end of April.
