Kettering Health Network names Dr. Brenda Kuhn chief quality officer: 4 notes

Kettering (Ohio) Health Network appointed Brenda Kuhn, PhD, RN, chief quality officer, according to a Dayton Daily News report.

Here are four notes:

1. Dr. Kuhn most recently served as the health network’s CNO.

2. She also served as vice president of patient care for Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio, and Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia, Ohio.

3. She earned her doctorate degree in public administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

4. In her new role as chief quality officer, Dr. Kuhn will oversee quality initiatives as well as accreditation, certification and regulatory processes.
