Keith Gnagey Takes Over as Teton Valley Hospital CEO

The board of Teton Valley Hospital in Driggs, Idaho, has decided not to renew CEO Virgil Boss’ contract when it expires Jan. 26, 2013, and has named Keith Gnagey as the new CEO, according to a Teton Valley News report.

Mr. Boss has been reassigned to the position of special advisor to the board.

Mr. Gnagey has been serving on the hospital’s board of trustees since last October. He resigned from the board to assume the position of CEO. According to the report, the change of leadership aligns with the board’s goal of becoming a non-profit hospital.
