Kansas’ Western Plains Medical Complex Names CEO

Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kan., has named Michael J. Kosor as its new CEO, according to a Dodge Globe report.

Mr. Kosor most recently served as CEO of Bartow (Fla.) Regional Medical Center. Prior to that, he held the CEO position at Jamestown (Tenn.) Regional Medical Center. He was COO of Carolina Pines regional Medical Center in Hartsville, S.C. from May 2006 to March 2008 and COO of Santa Rose Medical Center in Milton, Fla., from Nov. 2003 to May 2006.

Mr. Kosor will begin work on Aug. 11.
