Pratt (Kan.) Regional Medical Center appointed Bret Kolman interim CEO, effective Aug. 11.
Mr. Kolman will lead the hospital’s day-to-day operations through an executive leadership services agreement with Beeler Consulting, according to an Aug. 11 Facebook post from the hospital.
Mr. Kolman spent nearly two decades at Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Mo., where he held executive leadership roles including CEO and CFO. He also held executive leadership positions within regional health systems.
The appointment comes as Pratt Regional Medical Center continues implementing an operational stabilization plan focused on strengthening its financial position while preserving local access to healthcare.
