At Kaleida, Mr. Diamond’s responsibilities will include overseeing development and coordination of the health system’s IT platform, as well as leading the IT-related integration for Buffalo-based Great Lakes Health, including Erie County Medical Center and Kaleida-affiliate partners.
He most recently was senior vice president and CIO of Nuvance Health, a seven-hospital health system in LaGrangeville, N.Y.
Mr. Diamond also was senior vice president and CIO of LaGrangeville-based Health Quest Systems, which merged with Danbury-based Western Connecticut Health Network to form Nuvance.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the New York State University at New Paltz and a master’s degree in health administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
