Kaleida Health hires 2 executives, starts CFO search

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health has appointed two leaders to its executive team and started the search for a new CFO.

Dori Marshall, MD, was named chief medical officer of Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, effective Aug. 28.

Dr. Marshall, a board-certified psychiatrist, previously held various leadership positions at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo, including director of inpatient psychiatry and associate chief of service, according to a news release. In her new role, she is responsible for medical affairs of Oishei Children’s and its pediatric and women’s health ambulatory clinical centers.

Kaleida Health also announced its selection of Matthew Drake as executive vice president for strategy and partnerships.

Mr. Drake was named executive vice president and CFO in 2022 after serving as interim CFO since November 2021. He was initially recruited by the system in early 2021 as vice president and CFO for site financial operations.
