Kaiser Permanente taps new chief HR officer: 4 notes

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente appointed Tami Lamp senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective March 27.

Four notes:

1. Ms. Lamp most recently served as chief people officer for Icertis, a cloud-based management platform.

2. She also has experience serving as senior vice president and chief people officer at Redmond, Wash.-based Caradigm, an Inspirata company, and senior human resources director at Microsoft.

3. She holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.

4. In her new role, Ms. Lamp will oversee all HR functions, organization-wide, including recruiting, succession management and workplace safety.
