In his new role, Mr. Collins is responsible for all local health plan and hospital services at Roseville Medical Center and physician partners.
Most recently, Mr. Collins served as senior vice president and area manager for Kaiser’s Fresno region. He also previously served in several hospitals in California, Florida and Michigan.
