Mr. Yanes most recently served as CEO of Andalusia (Ala.) Health. He has also served in hospital leadership roles in Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Florida.
He holds a master of health science degree from Gainesville-based University of Florida and completed the executive program in managed care at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
