Most recently, Mr. Moore was CFO at Saranac Lake, N.Y.-based Adirondack Health.
Additionally, JSMC named Nancy Raines vice president of integrated services, a newly created position.
Ms. Raines will oversee the hospitalist program, medical affairs, physician recruitment and Fairview Physicians Network, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSMC.
She most recently served as COO of San Antonio-based Heart and Vascular Institute of Texas.
