Mr. Farber most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Rural/Metro, a national ambulance and fire protection service provider.
Prior, he served as CFO for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and as a healthcare executive-in-residence with New York-based Warburg Pincus, a global investment firm. Mr. Farber also was founder and CEO of Waltham, Mass.-based Connance, a healthcare predictive analytics company.
