1. Prior to her permanent assignment, she served in the position on an interim basis.
2. She has previous experience as a nurse manager, business and project manager at Providence Portland (Ore.) Medical Center, where she also served as regional director for clinical operations.
3. Ms. Zauner earned a master’s degree in nursing, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for nursing, and is board-certified as a nurse executive.
