Jan Bergen. President and CEO of Lancaster (Pa.) General Health. Ms. Bergen has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including management of hospitals, ambulatory centers and rehabilitation facilities. Prior to joining Lancaster General, which is part of Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine, in 2000, Ms. Bergen was senior vice president for Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health’s 400-bed Bryn Mawr (Pa.) Hospital. She also served as president and CEO of Bryn Mawr-based Main Line Health System’s Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital, a 200-bed freestanding rehabilitation facility in Paoli, Pa.
