Nancy Birschbach. Vice President and CIO of Agnesian HealthCare (Fond du Lac, Wis.). Since joining Agnesian HealthCare in 1998, Ms. Birschbach has held a series of progressively advanced roles, including information security officer, director of information technology, assistant vice president of IT and — currently — vice president and CIO. Ms. Birschbach’s healthcare executive experience spans 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and quality from Marian University in Fond du Lac and is currently pursuing a PhD in leadership studies at Marian.
