2. She will serve in a dual role, as president of both critical access hospitals within the Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare family.
3. She became president of OSF St. Luke Medical Center in January 2018.
4. Ms. Kernan succeeds Patty Luker as president of OSF Holy Family Medical Center, who is retiring.
