Mr. Petrina has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial field. He most recently worked with Insight Health Partners in St. Petersburg, Fla., providing strategic and financial consulting services for a hospital. Prior to that position he served as vice president and regional CFO of a healthcare system in Oakland, Calif., according to the report.
