Interim CNO at Baxter Regional Medical Center becomes permanent

Shannon Nachtigal, RN, has become vice president and CNO of Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Ark., after serving as interim CNO.

Ms. Nachtigal has been an RN for 26 years and has spent the last 23 years at Baxter Regional serving in various capacities.

Ms. Nachtigal is currently working on a master’s degree in nursing administration. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Nursing.
